Wish me luck -

Have a gathering tomorrow night. I'm nervous because I'm rusty. Gotta pack up all my crap tonite. DH is responsible for putting the babies to bed, which better be done by the time I get home. We're having company over (shocking!) and I'm looking forward to kicking off my mules and having a cocktail.

Speaking of tonite, going to see Tori Amos at PNC - very psyched just to get out of the house.

With all this stuff going on, I'll be brief.

First of all - did you see this? Walken for President 2008. It'll be a hoot just to see him in debate. Maybe he'll dance, or maybe he'll ask for more cowbell. Either way, he's got my vote.

Do you get excited when the season begins to change? Which season do you most look forward to? - Yes, Autumn, without a doubt. Love that first whiff of fireplace smoke in the air.
Soup
What day of the week is usually your busiest? - With Early Intervention coming, these days its Mondays.
Salad
Would you consider yourself to be strict when it comes to grammar and spelling? - Not strict, but certain things annoy me.
What's an example of the worst error you've seen? - I'm just annoyed in general by poor spelling & grammar, mostly the confusing of words like "their" and "there", that sort of thing.
Main Course
Who has a birthday coming up, and what will you give them as a gift? - I think my BIL Vin has a bday coming. He may still get a long-deserved kick in the ding ding.
Dessert
If you could have any new piece of clothing for free, what would you pick? - Do shoes count? If so, I'd like a hot new pair of heels, or maybe a pair of "seven" jeans.
